Register For An Account

Below are some easy to follow guides on how the do the below actions, mobile view may vary slightly:

Register Club

On Desktop:

  1. Go to ClubsIn.Au web page and click Sign In (top right corner)

  2. Click Register link (under Sign In button)

  3. Fill in the form.
    Enter a Username – you will use this to login, your club name will be entered later on and is not the same thing.
    Enter an Email address – you can use this to login too, in case you forget your username.
    Enter a strong Password – protects your account from allowing others to change your club profile or events.
    Click I’m not a robot then click Register

  4. Check your email and look for the activation email. Click on the link (check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see the email after a few minutes)


  5. Clicking the activation link should bring you to a page that says Email Verified and clicking Return To My Account will bring you to the Settings page. If you want to set up your club profile go to Customise Club Profile section of this page and skip to Step 2. If you have issues activating your account, please feel free to reach out to us.

Customise Club Profile

  1. Login (top-right corner) on the webpage using your email/username and password.


  2. Click on + Add Events (top-right corner), which should now be visible after login.

  3. You should see Complete Profile being displayed, fill in the fields

    Club Logo/Image – This is the image that will be used or your club, pick a meaningful photo or club logo.
    First name – Admin’s first name, optional, just helps us to reach out to you if needed.
    Last name – Admin’s last name, also optional
    Keywords – This is where you add keywords that don’t appear anywhere else, use this strategically such as using chassis codes for model specific clubs but is optional, don’t double up e.g. if the chassis code is in the club name, that will already work
    Club Name – The name of your club
    Location – Primary location of your club/events/members
    Brand – The brand or make, if your club is targeted towards a certain brand/make
    Markets – This is a category you can use e.g. Japanese, Muscle, EVs, 4WDs
    Commercial – Is your club a commercial club? we welcome all but appreciate if you make it known e.g. track clubs run by a business, car shows etc.
    Offerings – If you mainly do certain events, you can check these to make it easier for users to filter e.g. someone is keen to join many track clubs
    Website – Add all your websites and social media pages, so they’ll be displayed beautifully and on the same page of your club profile (include https:// in links)
    Club Introduction – A short description or introduction to your club so people searching can get an idea what it’s all about

    Click Save Changes

Get Verified

Using your club’s Facebook or Instagram account, follow/like our page then send us a message asking to be verified (to prove you have access to the account).

Add Event

  1. Login (top-right corner) on the webpage using your email/username and password.


  2. Click on + Add Events (top-right corner), which should now be visible after login.

  3. If you don’t see Add Details and instead see Complete profile then refer to Customise Club Profile section of this page.
  4. Fill in Add Details page

    Category – The category of the event, if they overlap, pick the one that best suits
    Images – You can upload a club logo or photo relevant to the event, this image will be used for your event listing
    Title – Title or name of your event, be descriptive but not too long
    Location – Enter the location of your event/meeting spot. Businesses are not recognised so you will need to find out the street address and enter that. Upon selecting a location, a Google Maps link will be created to make it easier to find the location on mobile e.g. for using Google Maps whilst driving to your event.
    Event Date – Event start date and time, must be today or in future.
    Event End – Event end date and time, must be today or in future.
    Event URL – Enter a url for the event if you have one e.g. a Facebook event to RSVP to or website to buy tickets etc.
    Cost – In dollars, use 0 if it’s a free event.
    Description – Enter your event details here and any other details that is not captured above.

    Click Submit Event when done
