How do I get my photo featured on the Photography page?
Tag us in your photo on Instagram using #ClubsInAu and you’ll be featured on our Photography page. We have 2 feeds running, news posts within 24 hours and top 20 most liked photos of all time with our tag.

How do I get my photo featured on the Clubs or Events page?
You will need to send a photo to us for consideration along with your social media handle so we can promote you if we decide to use your photo. We will crop your photo to a banner size of 1048 by 250 pixels for best fit to page so be mindful if your photo will look good or make sense after this crop.

How much does it cost?
Free, we will never charge you to use our site or services. If you feel like our site has been useful, let more friends know about us as a thanks.

None of the selections match my answer e.g. car brand, location, event type etc.

How do I get my club to be verified?
Using your club’s Facebook or Instagram account, follow/like our page then send us a message asking to be verified (to prove you have access to the account).

I made an account but my club isn’t visible
After you register an account successfully and login, you will be required to complete the profile of your club by clicking on Add Events. Add a fake event called Activation so we know you want it activated. Once this is done, our volunteers will have to check and manually approve the addition. Contact us if you don’t see it after 24 hours.

My Club Logo or photo is cut off
Logos and photos are framed into a circle in our current design. If you are getting cut off, it means your image doesn’t have enough blank space around the sides. You can fix this by adding white space around your image or expanding the canvas e.g. using this Microsoft Paint tutorial. For best visual appeal, try to match the space to the colour of your image. If you are struggling, our volunteers may be able to help you do some basic graphic editing. Just reach out and ask kindly.

I received the activation email but I can’t click the link
You can copy the link and paste it in the browser for the same effect. Alternatively, if the email is in a junk/spam folder, there is protections in place to prevent links from being clicked, just click on Not Spam or Not Junk and move the email to inbox and the link should now be clickable.

Are commercial clubs allowed?
We welcome clubs that are open and inclusive. This includes clubs run for profit e.g. Track Day Clubs, however this must be declared when creating creating your club account profile (using the appropriate “Commercial” radio button). This will allow users to filter in or out commercial clubs.

I am being asked to enter a URL even though I entered one
You need to add http:// in URL fields for them to be detected a valid.
